Volunteer Registration 2026

 

Become part of the World Climbing Series Innsbruck 2026 - as a volunteer!

Are you passionate about climbing and want to be part of the action when the world's best climbers compete for medals in Innsbruck? Then join us and become a volunteer at the World Climbing Series 2026 from June 15 to June 21, 2026. As a volunteer, you will be part of our team: Whether you are looking after the athletes, helping to organize the competition, or supporting the spectators, your help is crucial to ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that there is a great atmosphere.

Prerequisite:

We look forward to your application if you:

• have time for at least 3 days in the period from 14.06. - 22.06.2026,
• are at least 18 years old,
• speak good English OR German & 
• want to look behind the scenes of an international sporting event.

 

Consideration:

• the opportunity to watch all competition rounds live on site,
• a unique insight behind the scenes,
• Goodies from our sponsors

 

Please note: 

• Filling out the application form does not automatically guarantee that you can be part of the event as a volunteer. Depending on the number of applications and the according availability/scheduling we only select the amount needed to run the event. Volunteers with a higher availability/interest in volunteering more hours will be selected preferentially. We will get back to you with more information as soon as possible. Detailed information regarding your working hours/successful application are presumably sent out in March.
• All volunteers are registered as "echte Dienstnehmer:innen" (employees) and receive remuneration in kind (depending on the duration of the assignment). More personal details are subsequently required for this. For data protection reasons, these will only be requested after final assignment as a volunteer. Please also note, that this may have tax and social security implications for you. You will receive more details on this after registration or with the assigned schedule.

 

We are looking forward to your registration and your support at the World Climbing Series Innsbruck 2026. The registration will be closed as soon as enough volunteers have registered. It is expected that it will be possible to register as a volunteer until the beginning of March. But even after that there may be open volunteer positions.
